More Energy and Lower Fatigue

More Energy and Lower Fatigue

How can coffee fruit extract help you feel more Energetic?

Experiencing feelings of mental and physical fatigue when executing a complex task is a condition that we are all familiar with. When we perform any type of cognitive task, whether that is solving a mathematical problem, practicing a song on guitar, or writing a programming code, our brain tends to deplete our energy reserves. And well, to put it simply, our brain is an extremely energy-demanding organ.

Along those lines, a very interesting study conducted a few years ago, showed that coffeeberry can affect the way we perceive our fatigue and tiredness levels and exert mental energizing effects. More specifically, participants that consumed coffee fruit extract and completed a series of demanding cognitive tasks, reported significantly lower levels of tiredness than those who did not receive a coffee berry supplement. As in other cases, here as well, the polyphenol-rich and low-caffeinated properties of coffeeberry seem to do the trick. Almost one-third of coffee fruit’s chlorogenic acids become available in our body and act directly on the central nervous system.

These findings imply that coffee fruit extract has the ability to keep us focused and alert for longer periods of time when performing a complex cognitive task, without the need to pause due to feeling tired.
